Custom miniature metal filter cartridges feature laser-welded micromesh cores in 316L or Inconel, providing sub-micron filtration from 0.1 to 50 µm for critical fluid control. They are designed for lab instruments, IVD devices, and fuel cell systems.
Product Description
Customized micro-metal filter elements are also referred to as Precision Micro Metal Filter Elements or Engineered Micro-Porous Filter Inserts. Precision Micro Metal Filter Elements are manufactured using photochemical etching and diffusion bonding technology to form an ultra-thin filter layer (0.05–0.5 mm). The core structure includes:
- Multi-layer sintered mesh (5–100 layers)
- Spiral wire (wire diameter: 0.03 mm)
- Slotted screen tube (laser-cutting groove depth: up to 10 microns)
Designed for extreme environments: resistant to thermal shock up to 800°C and burst pressure up to 500 bar.
